智通财经APP获悉，环球新材国际(06616)现涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.27%，报4.58港元，成交额9786.21万港元。
消息面上，韩国上市公司CQV近日披露，环球新材国际全资附属公司至星有限公司计划于7月3日至8月1日期间，通过二级市场增持其可转债换股(CB)和普通股。在此次增持计划中，可转债换股交易金额达5.19亿韩币，普通股交易金额为9.26亿韩币。若以5月30日收盘价为基准计算，环球新材国际将间接增持CQV约330747股，占CQV股本的3.16%左右。
公开资料显示，韩国CQV公司是全球知名珠光颜料企业，其生产的珠光颜料产品超990种，销售网络遍布全球150多个国家和地区。尤其在高端市场，CQV优势显著，掌握汽车级、化妆品级等高端珠光材料的核心生产工艺和生产技术。据悉，环球新材国际于2023年8月完成对CQV的并购重组，是CQV的单一最大股东。此外，公司与德国默克达成对其表面解决方案业务的收购，通过跨国并购，环球新材国际正加速打开国际市场，成为一家新材料跨国企业。
