BlockBeats News, June 11, Hong Kong-listed company Ding Shi Capital announced in a statement that it plans to raise up to approximately HKD 60.7 million through the issuance of up to 36.546 million rights issue shares. Assuming the rights issue is fully subscribed, the net proceeds from the rights issue (after deducting expenses) are estimated to be approximately HKD 57.6 million. Of this, approximately HKD 5.3 million will be allocated for potential acquisitions of companies eligible to handle virtual licenses under the Securities and Futures Ordinance or for potentially applying for licenses to conduct virtual asset (such as cryptocurrency) trading.
