China Silver Technology Holdings (HKG:0515) completed the issuance of 294,539,678 conversion shares following the issuance of convertible bonds in 2023, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The shares are equivalent to 20.63% of the entire shareholding of the company as enlarged by the converted shares, the filing said.
