金吾财讯 | 美图公司(01357)午后急升，截至发稿，涨6.68%，报8.15港元，成交额5.8亿港元。消息面上，今年5月，美图公司宣布与阿里巴巴集团达成战略合作，阿里将通过发行3年期、票面利率1%的可转换债券，向美图注资2.5亿美元，且可在发行日起至到期前五个工作日内，按每股6.0港元的价格转换为美图股票(相当于年初以来平均收盘价溢价24%)。双方计划将在AI技术、电商平台和云计算等领域展开深入合作。国投证券认为，美图与阿里的此次战略合作，一方面通过可转债融资为未来公司AI产品研发、营销推广募集到充足资金，另一方面依托阿里的云服务、渠道资源为美图在算力支撑、AI应用落地方面带来了明显的增量，助力公司长期增长。开源证券发研报指，美图公司聚焦影像与设计产品，AI赋能驱动商业化加速。该行表示，公司AI赋能影像生态，全球化与生产力场景打开增长天花板，付费渗透率有望持续提升。
