丛文琳女士已获委任为公司执行董事、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员，自2025年6月10日起生效。
于黄先生的辞任后，黄先生不再担任根据上市规则第3.05条所规定公司的授权代表。公司执行董事丛文琳女士已自2025年6月10日起获委任为授权代表。
