智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)尾盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.09%，报9.68港元，成交额2610.39万港元。
消息面上，维他奶此前发布盈利预告，公司预计截至2025年3月31日财年，股权持有人应占溢利将达到2.25亿港元至2.45亿港元，较去年大幅上升约94%至111%。纯利上升的主要原因是中国内地业务和中国香港特别行政区业务的经营溢利大幅增加，以及澳洲业务经营亏损减少，惟部分增幅被本财政年度增加的税务支出所抵消。
值得注意的是，去年10月，黄志达家族持有的杨协成举牌持有维他奶国际股份，不足两个月，黄志达的维他奶股份权益升至12%。不过在去年11月底后，黄志达增持速度明显放慢。据悉，目前黄志达已成为维他奶罗氏家族以外的最大股东。
