智通财经APP获悉，6月11日香港证监会发文称，早前在香港证监会提出的检控中，林泰丰(男)及其姐夫柯俊年(男)被裁定于2017年4月9日至2018年3月7日期间就百信国际控股有限公司(00574)(百信)股份串谋进行虚假交易罪成。东区裁判法院颁令索取二人的社会服务令适合性报告。法院因而将林及柯的判刑押后至2025年7月8日。
二人获准保释，条件是他们缴交：(i) 20,000港元的保释金及(ii) 50,000港元的人事担保金。
除了被裁定串谋进行虚假交易罪成外，林亦承认其没有向香港联合交易所有限公司披露其于百信股份的股权水平变动的控罪。
港证监5月15日资料显示，在林承认其于2017年6月2日至2018年3月14日期间，八次没有就其于百信股份的权益变动通知联交所的控罪后，法院亦裁定他罪名成立。在关键时间，林与柯串谋买入百信股份，以将股份收市价维持于某个水平或以上。在林就百信股份进行的交易中，有八次曾导致其股权水平有变，因而触发了向联交所及百信作出披露的责任。然而，林至今仍未向联交所及百信作出所规定的披露。
