【泰嘉股份：中联重科拟减持不超3%公司股份】金十数据6月10日讯，泰嘉股份公告称，股东中联重科计划自减持股份预披露公告发布之日起15个交易日后的3个月内以集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过2517375股（占公司总股本比例1%），以大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过5034751股（占公司总股本比例2%），合计拟减持公司股份不超过7552126股（占公司总股本比例3%）。同时，公司董事、副总裁杨干勋计划在公告披露之日起15个交易日后的三个月内以大宗交易和/或集中竞价交易方式合计减持公司股份不超过315000股（占公司总股本比例0.13%）。
