Samko Timber (SGX:E6R) ceased quarterly reporting of its financial statements, effective immediately, following a clean audit opinion, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company was placed in the quarterly reporting list by the SGX RegCo during the third quarter of 2024.
The company now report its next financial statements for the half year ended June 30.
