Hannam, Jeffrey A. Hilzinger, Angela A. Knight, Laura Newman Olle, Richard P. Stovsky, and Ashish Masih. Additionally, the compensation of the company's named executive officers was approved in a non-binding vote. The appointment of BDO USA, P.C. as the company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was also ratified.
