British American Tobacco to Start Search for Next Chair, Sky Says, Citing Sources

--FTSE 100 tobacco group British American Tobacco plans to start the search for a new chairman to replace Luc Jobin, who is near the limit of his tenure under U.K. corporate governance guidelines, Sky News reports, citing unnamed sources.

--Sky says the Kent, Dunhill and Lucky Strike owner is in the process of picking head-hunters to find a successor to Jobin and that the search is expected to finish later this year or early next.

--BAT declined to comment to Sky.
