Joint Corp. said its chief financial officer has departed and been replaced by the former financial chief of Leslie's.

The chiropractic-care company said Tuesday that Jake Singleton has left after over a decade with the company, including more than six years as its CFO.

A reason for the departure was not provided. Chief Executive Sanjiv Razdan, who took the helm last fall, thanked Singleton for his contributions and wished him "the very best in his next chapter."

Joint has tapped Scott Bowman to succeed Singleton. Bowman was the chief financial officer of Leslie's, a retailer for swimming pool supplies, from July 2023 until March.

Before that, he was the CFO of True Food Kitchen from 2021 to 2023, Dave & Buster's Entertainment from 2019 to 2021, and Hibbett Sports from 2012 to 2019.
