智通财经APP讯，新华保险(01336)公布，经董事会于2025年6月12日审议通过，公司拟出资不超过人民币150亿元(含)认购三期私募基金份额。于本公告日期，相关方尚未就拟议认购基金份额签署合同。
据悉，基金名称为国丰兴华鸿鹄志远三期私募证券投资基金1号(暂定名，最终以中国证券投资基金业协会登记备案为准)。成立规模为人民币225亿元，该公司及中国人寿拟以货币资金方式各出资人民币112.5亿元认购三期私募基金份额。
公告称，拟议认购三期私募基金份额符合国家推动中长期资金入市的相关政策，以及未来公司整体战略发展方向。公司坚持长期投资、价值投资和稳健投资的理念，积极发挥好长期资本、耐心资本、高能级战略资本优势。拟议认购三期私募基金份额不会对公司正常生产经营产生重大不利影响，不存在损害公司及全体股东利益的情况。
