智通财经APP讯，汇成国际控股(01146)公布，于2025年6月11日(交易时段后)，广东君瑞，该公司的一家间接全资子公司，作为有限合伙人，与广东毅达(作为普通合伙人1)和珠海信保(作为普通合伙人2)签署了有关成立合伙企业的《合伙协议》。所有合伙人对合伙企业的总资本出资将为人民币5200万元，其中广东君瑞、广东毅达和珠海信保将分别出资人民币5000万元、人民币100万元和人民币100万元。
董事会深信，成立合伙企业将使集团有机会接触到一些未来有增长点的行业和企业，从而为集团业务转型、发展和多元化创造有利条件。
