IT之家 6 月 11 日消息，2025 年 ISC 高性能计算大会正在德国汉堡举行，AMD 也在此次活动中展出了即将于北京时间 13 日发布的 Instinct MI350 系列 "CDNA 4" 架构 AI 显卡加速器。

根据现场展示内容，MI350 系列包含 2 种变体：性能稍弱、峰值功耗 1000W、面向风冷系统的 MI350X，以及性能更强、峰值功耗 1400W、面向风冷和 DLC（IT之家注：直接液冷散热）的 MI355X。MI350X 的性能大约是 MI355X 的 91~92%。

MI350 系列 AI 显卡加速器采用 3nm 制程，配备 288GB HBM3E 内存，引入了对 FP6 和 FP4 低精度数据格式的支持，同时在 FP16、FP8 上的算力可达前代 MI325 系列的 1.8 倍。而每个 MI350 系列平台都支持 8 卡配置。
