山顶白加道31号B洋房早前以2.88亿元售出，有报道指，买家为具内地背景的跨国律师事务所Paul Hastings(普衡)大中华区创始合伙人李曙峰，过去多次协力大型企业来港上市，包括华润饮料(02460.HK) 、毛戈平(01318.HK) 等。今次是李曙峰第二度购入白加道豪宅，2013年，他曾以破纪录价7.4亿元承接该地段一间独立屋。
上述白加道31号B洋房原由英格兰球会伯明翰前班主杨家诚持有，早前由法庭颁令出售，并以2.88亿易手。有报道引述消息指出，买家贯安有限公司(Constant Peace Limited)，是一间海外注册公司，注册编号2155611，而根据转让契资料，Li Shufeng(李曙峰)名字呼之欲出，他也被称为超级隐形富豪。
十二年前，李曙峰曾斥7.4亿元向和黄买入白加道28号8号屋；今次购入的白加道31B号洋房，面积约3,203方呎，间隔三房三套，另有平台花园及天台等，平均呎价约89,916元。(hc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-06-10 16:25。)
