2025年6月11日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，上海临港控股股份有限公司2023年度第二期中期票据跟踪评级获“AAA”评级。
本次跟踪维持主体及债项上次评级结论。中诚信国际认为上海市的政治经济地位重要，经济财政实力极强；上海临港控股股份有限公司（以下简称“上海临港”或“公司”，股票代码600848.SH、900928.SH）作为上海临港经济发展（集团）有限公司（以下简称“临港集团”）旗下专业从事园区招商运营、企业专业服务、科创产业投资的国有控股上市公司，战略地位重要，在业务开展和资源获取等方面能获得政府及股东的较大支持。同时，公司园区运营实力较强，园区运营规模及聚集效应显著，再融资能力保持强劲；但需关注公司资本支出及其资金平衡阶段性压力带来的债务扩张风险，以及载体后续运营和去化压力对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
中诚信国际认为，上海临港控股股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
