　　据市场消息报道，近日，上海市浦东新区人民法院已经裁定批准《红星美凯龙控股集团有限公司重整计划》，接下来将进入执行阶段。重整方案显示，红星控股的全部债务将通过现金立即清偿、留债清偿、股票抵债、信托受益份额清偿及债转股等方式组合清偿。其中，普通债权将采取“现金清偿、股票抵债、信托受益权份额及债转股清偿”相结合的原则。清偿方案显示，每户债权人在25万元以下（含本数）的债权部分，将在重整计划批准后六个月内全额现金清偿。 每户债权人超过25万元的债权部分，首次分配将通过红星控股持有的美凯龙股票、信托受益权份额、债转股清偿。
