智通财经APP讯，弘业期货(03678)发布公告，于2025年6月4日，香港公司注册处处长发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部于香港注册的公司的英文名称由“Holly Futures Co., Ltd.”变更为“Soho Holly Futures Co., Lt.”，中文名称则由“弘业期货股份有限公司”变更为“苏豪弘业期货股份有限公司”。
公司于联交所进行H股买卖的股份简称维持不变，即中文为“弘业期货”及英文为“HOLLY FUTURES”。本公司的股份代号维持不变，仍为“03678”。
