智通财经APP讯，悦达国际控股(00629)发布公告，于2025年6月11日，公司间接全资附属公司悦达商业保理与盐城双湖订立反向保理协议。根据反向保理协议，悦达商业保理同意向盐城双湖提供应收账款融资、应收账款管理服务及应收账款收款服务并授予反向循环信贷限额人民币3500万元，年利率及保理管理费之和为8.2%至9.2%，自2025年6月11日起生效及于2027年7月11日到期。
