6月5日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局永州监管分局日前披露的行政处罚信息公开表显示，湖南新田农村商业银行因员工行为管理不到位、内控管理不到位被罚款80万元。

　　邓芝文（时任湖南新田农村商业银行营业部副主任、主办会计）因对该行内控管理不到位的违法违规行为负直接责任，被给予警告。

　　唐磊（时任湖南新田农村商业银行股份有限公司营业部主任）因对该行员工行为管理不到位、内控管理不到位的违法违规行为负直接管理责任，被给予警告。
