智通财经APP讯，KLN(00636)发布公告，于2025年6月10日，买方广东顺合供应链管理有限公司与卖方公司间接全资附属嘉里化工物流有限公司就出售事项订立股权转让协议。
根据股权转让协议，卖方有条件同意按照股权转让协议的条款及条件出售，而买方有条件同意按照上述条款及条件购买销售权益。销售权益相等于目标公司嘉里化工储运(上海)有限公司的100%股权。于出售事项完成后，目标公司将不再为公司的附属公司。
出售事项反映集团持续实行其策略，以精简营运、重组资源及专注于综合物流及国际货运代理业务。董事认为，出售事项将改善其现金状况，使集团得以重整其战略业务地位，并专注于日后在其核心业务中寻找机遇。
