智通财经APP获悉，数字支付平台Sezzle(SEZL.US)向 Shopify(SHOP.US)提起了反垄断诉讼，声称 Shopify 的商业行为具有反竞争性质，并阻碍了其电商平台上“先买后付”服务的公平竞争。Sezzle称，Shopify 的行为限制了消费者的选择，并破坏了公平的市场竞争环境。该诉讼于 2025 年 6 月 9 日在明尼苏达州的美国地方法院提起。
Sezzle董事长兼首席执行官Charlie Youakim表示：“这一举措是确保商家和消费者能够选择到多样且创新的支付方式的重要一步。”
Sezzle还指出，对于第一季度而言，其来自通过 Shopify 平台实现的商品交易总额的收入占其总营收的比例不到 5%。
