智通财经APP讯，时富投资(01049)公布，于2025年6月10日，该公司与特别授权认购人Cash Guardian Limited(公司控股股东)订立特别授权认购协议，据此，待先决条件达成后，特别授权认购人同意认购及该公司同意发行本金总额为2000万港元的特别授权可换股债券。 可换股债券的初步转换价为每股1.25港元(可予调整)。
同日，公司与各一般授权认购人订立一般授权认购协议，内容有关发行本金总额为2000万港元的一般授权可换股债券，可换股债券的初步转换价为每股1.25港元(可予调整)。
公告称，公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额全部用作集团的零售业务营运。
