曹操出行通过港交所聆讯，四年亏损超82亿元
6月10日，曹操出行有限公司正式通过港交所上市聆讯，联席保荐人包括海通国际、农银国际及广发证券（香港）。
曹操出行是一家由吉利集团孵化的网约车平台，于2015年5月成立，业务涵盖网约车、顺风车、定制车租赁与销售等领域。主要收入来源是网约车业务，目前该业务已覆盖全国136个城市，其中2024年新拓展85座城市。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按总交易价值（GTV）计算，自2021年起曹操出行成为国内第三大网约车平台，2024年其市场份额进一步提升至行业第二，市场占有率为5.4%。
招股书披露的业绩显示，2021年~2024年，曹操出行的营收分别为71.53亿元、76.31亿元、106.68亿元及147亿元，2024年营收同比增幅37.4%；归母净利润分别为-30.07亿元、-19.72亿元、-19.16亿元和-12.46亿元。
2024年，曹操出行平均月活用户为2879万人，平均月活司机超46万人，全年订单量接近6亿。
据悉，此次IPO募集所得资金净额将主要用于改进车服解决方案并改善服务质量、提升并推出定制车、提升技术与投资自动驾驶、扩大地理覆盖范围、以及用作营运资金及其他一般公司用途等。
