智通财经APP获悉，英国金融监管机构金融行为监管局(FCA)周二宣布，一个新的私人公司股票交易平台——私人间歇性证券和资本交易系统(简称PISCES)——计划于今年晚些时候推出。
PISCES的推出是英国监管机构和政府加强英国资本市场的努力的一部分，旨在促进私人公司股票的交易。随着许多公司选择长期保持私有状态，投资者对更方便地交易私有公司股票的需求也在不断增长。2024年12月17日，FCA便提议设立PISCES，为投资者参股私营公司提供更多机会，多元化投资回报渠道。
FCA表示，PISCES将只对愿意进行高风险投资的机构和个人以及参与公司的员工开放。FCA市场执行董事Simon Walls表示，新平台将增强投资者获取和投资新公司的信心。
首批股票预计将于今年晚些时候通过“沙盒”在该平台上进行交易。这个目前已经运行的沙盒，使监管机构能够在2030年确定永久性制度之前评估平台的表现。
此外，FCA在周二的一份声明中说，在听取了业界的反馈意见后，该监管机构削减了每家公司在以这种方式出售股票前必须披露的可持续发展等信息的数量。它还调整了有关确定主要股东的规则，因此只有持股25%或以上的股东才会被公开。
