据 Cryptonews，俄罗斯数字发展部提议新规，将对非法加密矿工实施罚款并没收加密货币。个人罚款 10 万至 20 万卢布（1272-2544 美元），个体经营者和官员罚款 20 万至 40 万卢布（2544-5088 美元），企业最高罚款 200 万卢布（2.55 万美元）。新规还将禁止在央行监管沙盒外使用加密货币支付，违规者或被罚 100 万卢布并没收资产。
