6月11日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对北京建工集团有限责任公司及“22建工Y3”、“22建工Y4”、“22建工Y5”、“22建工Y6”、“建工KY04”、“建工KY05”、“建工KY06”、“建工KY07”、“建工KY09”、“24建工K1”、“24京建工01/24京建01”、“建工KY12”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持北京建工集团有限责任公司主体信用等级为AAA，评级展望维持稳定，同时维持相关债项的信用等级为AAA。

资料显示，北京建工集团有限责任公司主要从事建筑施工、房地产开发、建筑材料销售及环境修复工程等业务，控股股东和实际控制人均为北京市人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会。

评级报告认为，作为北京市国资委下属大型建筑企业，公司在建筑施工领域仍保持很强的市场竞争力；跟踪期内公司研发投入规模仍较大，技术水平高；跟踪期内建筑施工业务新签订单及在手合同额保持较大规模，同时，环境修复业务未来发展前景仍较好。另一方面，在国内房地产投资增速下滑的背景下，2024年公司房地产业务收入和毛利润同比均有所下降，预计住宅房地产开发业绩将面临一定压力，PPP类投资项目、在建和拟建房地产、保障房、土地一级开发等项目未来投资规模较大，有息债务规模呈增长趋势，资产负债率较高。
