6月11日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对江苏宜兴农村商业银行股份有限公司及“24宜兴农商行二级资本债01”信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持江苏宜兴农村商业银行股份有限公司主体信用等级为AA+，评级展望为稳定，同时维持“24宜兴农商行二级资本债01”信用等级为AA。
资料显示，江苏宜兴农村商业银行股份有限公司是江苏省宜兴市一家地方性农村商业银行，业务主要覆盖宜兴市全辖，无锡市政府和宜兴市政府通过下属国有公司合计持有该行44.74%股份。
评级报告认为，凭借广泛分布的营业网点以及良好的客户基础，宜兴农商行存贷款业务市场份额在区域内均稳居首位，在当地竞争优势突出。得益于风险资产处置力度的加大及信贷准入门槛的提升，跟踪期内该行不良贷款率呈下降趋势，风险抵补能力稳步增强。但该行贷款行业和客户集中度偏高，且受同业竞争加剧及减费让利政策等影响，该行息差持续收窄，跟踪期内净资产收益率小幅下滑。
