* 美国谈判代表表示，美中在伦敦举行的贸易磋商进展顺利，商务部长卢特尼克称，美国与中国达成的贸易框架和落实计划，应能解决稀土和磁材的限制问题。中国商务部副部长李成钢表示，中美谈判团队经过两天的会谈，已就贸易框架达成一致，并将回报给双方领导人。
* 中美在伦敦进行第二轮经贸会谈之际，投行花旗认为，双方达成一项交易性协议的可能性上升；不过中国决策者可能只会做出谨慎的让步，比如在稀土出口管制方面，以换取美国放松部分出口管制或下调关税等。（完）
