恒地(00012.HK) 位于启德THE HENLEY第一期、第二期及第三期于过去两轮销售共售出114伙，套现近9.4亿。恒基物业代理有限公司董事及营业(一)部总经理林达民表示，两轮销售均录多组大手客，而目前整个THE HENLEY系列总更为集团录得超过80亿进账。
恒地昨日决定再度推出28伙，并提供高达15%折扣优惠，户型涵盖2伙开放式、7伙一房、19伙一房连衣帽间，平均折实呎价20,973元。
