近日，靖边公安中山涧派出所联合银行成功拦截一起网络办理“营业执照”诈骗案。

2025年6月5日12点40分，许某来到靖边农商银行中山涧分理处咨询业务。许某称其接到自称为榆林市工商局工作人员的电话，只需支付398元入网办理费用，便可通过网络办理营业执照入网。

银行工作人员核查后发现异常，立即联系中山涧派出所。接到消息后，民警第一时间赶到网点，经与许某沟通，再次核查后发现对方提供的IP地址为虚拟地址，预留电话为虚拟号码且无法接通。经过分析，许某意识到自己险些遭遇诈骗。

靖边公安提示：

办理营业执照应通过“国家企业信用信息公示系统”或政务服务网提交申请，切勿轻信第三方所谓“捷径”，谨防上当受骗。（王军）
