Thakral's (SGX:AWI) indirect subsidiary, GemLife, is in advanced discussions for a proposed initial public offering on the Australian Stock Exchange, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
There are currently no assurances whether the agreement for the underwriting of the proposed IPO will go through.
The proposed IPO will involve an offer of stapled securities related to GemLife.
Thakral Has a 31.7% stake in GemLife, a privately owned land lease developer, owner and operator.
