“从视频AR技术结合全景拼接，再加上各种算法模拟，形成了低成本、轻量化的一个数字孪生系统。”在6月6日举办的2025中国水博览会上，海康威视副总裁、政府业务部总裁王英杰告诉记者，这次展会海康威视带来了60多款硬件产品，和11款软件产品。在水利工程方面，我们把雷达水位和视频的感知能力进行了融合，内置了漂浮识别等多种智能算法，可以实现对水位异常的抓拍、联动和识别。水文测流我们采用视频影像法，内置了水尺水位、水流速测、智能测算水流量的计算功能。河湖生态方面，全光谱的水质监测仪采用接触式的光谱反演技术，不需要化学试剂，可以实现对14种水质因子进行实时监测。
王英杰表示，水利行业本身是关乎民生和经济发展的一个基础行业，对于我们的社会价值和意义很大。希望我们未来更好地帮助防汛防灾，结合地、水、空的一体化监测网络，更好地助力水利行业发展，促进社会的和谐与稳定。（记者 焦子原 田新宇）
