智通财经APP讯，实德环球(00487)发布公告，本公司董事会留意到由澳门博彩控股有限公司(其已发行股份于香港联合交易所有限公司(联交所)主板上市的公司(00880)(澳博)于2025年6月9日发出的内幕消息公告，据此，澳博表示(其中包括)有意收购十六浦娱乐场的所在物业(澳博建议收购事项)。十六浦娱乐场乃一所位于中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区(澳门)一个物业内的娱乐场，属“十六浦”项目一部分。十六浦乃一个世界级综合娱乐场度假村，包含十六浦娱乐场、一间五星级豪华酒店、一个购物商场、多项餐饮设施及多项娱乐设施，由十六浦物业发展股份有限公司(一间于澳门注册成立的的公司，并为本集团的联营公司，由本公司一间间接全资附属公司及澳博一间全资附属公司分别实益拥有49%及51%权益)拥有
