辉瑞首席执行官阿尔伯特・布拉周一表示，辉瑞及其他制药公司已与特朗普政府会面讨论降低美国药品价格，但尚未做出任何承诺。

　　美国总统唐纳德・特朗普上月签署行政令，指示制药商降低药品价格，使其与其他国家支付的价格一致。

　　根据该行政令，政府需在 30 天内设定 “最惠国” 价格目标。美国卫生与公众服务部曾表示，期望美国制药商将产品价格设定为其他高收入国家支付的最低价格。

　　布拉在高盛全球医疗健康会议上发表讲话称：“我不知道 30 天后会听到什么。”

　　他表示：“政府已经开始与各公司举行一系列会议…… 会议气氛友好，但尚未深入实质内容。” 他补充称，会议主要聚焦于高层理念。

　　布拉同时担任行业游说团体美国药品研究与制造商协会（PhRMA）主席。该团体发言人未立即置评，但此前曾表示，PhRMA 并不了解其成员公司与政府就药价问题进行的对话内容。

　　目前尚不清楚美国政府将采用何种机制来降低药品价格 —— 分析人士和法律专家均指出，该政策实施难度较大。

　　布拉表示，他希望鉴于美国对欧洲国家施加的 “提高支付金额” 压力，欧洲药品价格可能会上涨。他称，如果美国诉诸价格管制，若某些国家的药价未上涨，辉瑞可能会考虑不将药品纳入这些国家的政府报销范围。

　　布拉称：“我认为我们不会将产品撤出这些市场 —— 我们只会将其从报销名单中移除。我们会让它们留在公开市场。”
