　　据《金融时报》，加密交易所 Bullish 近日向美国证券交易委员会秘密提交 IPO 文件，计划利用特朗普政府对数字资产的友好政策趁势上市。Bullish 曾于 2021 年尝试通过 SPAC 上市但因利率上升未果，此次由 Jefferies 担任主承销商。Bullish 是 EOS 开发公司 Blockone 创立的交易所，并于 2023 年收购了加密媒体 CoinDesk。
