贝克休斯将以11.5亿美元向克兰公司出售传感器部门
贝克休斯周一宣布，将以 11.5 亿美元的价格，把旗下精密传感器和仪器仪表（PSI）产品线出售给航空航天及国防零部件制造商克兰公司，此举是该油田服务供应商优化产品组合的举措。
首席执行官洛伦佐・西蒙内利一直在对贝克休斯进行业务重塑，以适应全球能源转型。公司一方面剥离非核心资产，另一方面在清洁能源解决方案领域进行投资。
在石油行业面临油田活动支出疲软的情况下，贝克休斯依靠其产品组合优化工作，来提升盈利能力和现金流的可持续性。
上周，贝克休斯以 3.345 亿美元的价格，将其地面压力控制业务 65% 的股权出售给了设备制造商仙人掌公司的一个部门。
克兰公司首席执行官亚历克斯・阿卡拉表示，自 2023 年 4 月将支付和商品销售技术业务分拆成独立公司克兰 NXT 后，克兰公司一直专注于毛利率更高的工程产品。
贝克休斯的 PSI 部门旗下拥有 Druck、Reuter - Stokes 和 Panametrics 三个品牌，主要提供压力传感、辐射检测和流量测量技术，产品应用范围涵盖航空航天、核能以及工业市场。
克兰公司称，Druck 品牌将有助于增强其压力传感设备业务，这些设备可用于单通道和宽体飞机。
克兰公司还补充道，该部门也将提升公司在地面测试和校准设备领域的业务布局。
预计 PSI 部门在 2025 年将实现约 3.9 亿美元的收入，调整后息税折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）为 6000 万美元。
贝克休斯表示，此次交易预计在 2025 年底或 2026 年初完成。
