礼来公司（Eli Lilly & Co．）将只与同意停止销售减肥药仿制药的远程医疗公司合作，这降低了其与业内最知名的参与者之一Hims & Hers Health Inc．合作的可能性。

　　Hims于4月与诺和诺德公司（Novo Nordisk A/S）合作，以折扣价向使用其平台的患者提供其竞争对手Wegovy。这家远程医疗公司及其投资者一直希望与礼来公司达成类似的协议，而礼来公司正与Hims的几家竞争对手合作，以分销价格更低的Zepbound。

　　在6月10日的一次会议上，礼来公司首席财务官Lucas Montarce表示，该公司最近与Ro和LifeMD等远程医疗公司达成的协议，禁止它们销售礼来公司Zepbound和诺和诺德公司Wegovy的仿制药或复合制剂。在药品供应短缺的情况下，复合制剂药房可以合法生产自己的仿制药。他们不再是了。

　　新协议将强制执行，“只要产品不在短缺名单上，那些远程医疗服务就不能配制替泽帕肽或司美格鲁肽，”蒙塔斯在谈到Zepbound和Wegovy中的活性成分时表示。“这也是将这些成分转移到原品牌的另一种方式。”
