智通财经APP讯，世纪娱乐国际(00959)公布，于2025年6月10日，公司与一家于菲律宾共和国注册成立且获菲律宾娱乐及博彩公司(PAGCOR)授权为博彩系统服务及博彩内容提供商的的公司(合营伙伴)订立不具约束力的谅解备忘录，以成立合营企业，旨在营销及进一步开发合营伙伴的现有博彩系统平台及内容开发能力。
合营企业将于香港成立为有限公司，而该集团及合营伙伴将分别持有合营企业的51%及49%股权。根据谅解备忘录，该集团将提供研发技术支援、平台持续维护、通过其分销渠道进入市场、营销团队及业务开发资源，以及行政支援(包括财务管理、法律合规及人力资源服务)。合营伙伴将贡献其专有博彩系统平台、内容、软件、原始码及相关知识产权。
