智通财经APP讯，绿心集团(00094)公布，公司建议按“2供1”基准发行最多约9.275亿股供股股份(基于在记录日期或之前并无发行或购回股份)，每股供股股份0.0363港元，较股份于最后交易日在联交所所报的收市价每股0.04港元折让约9.25%。
假设供股获全数认购，净筹约3180万港元。约74%用于集团新西兰分部以支持持续经营，特别是有关变现砍伐权;约26%拨作集团公司层面间接费用，包括维持公司作为上市实体所需的合规、监管及行政费用。
于本公告日期，股份于联交所的每手买卖单位为2,000股。董事会建议将联交所交易的每手买卖单位由2,000股更改为8万股，自2025年7月9日(星期三)上午九时正起生效。
