五矿资源旗下Khoemacau铜矿与中冶天工签订765万美元集装箱房屋供货协议
五矿资源（01208）发布公告，Khoemacau Copper与中冶天工于2025年6月9日签订了供货协议，内容涉及采购1200套集装箱房屋，合约总金额为765万美元。
该供货协议是为了支持Khoemacau矿区的扩建项目，建设一个可容纳1200人的住宿营地。根据公告，由于中冶天工的主要股东为中国中冶，而中国五矿持有中国中冶超过30%的股份，因此本协议构成了公司的关联交易。
公告指出，供货协议中某些相关百分比率超过0.1%但低于5%，因此需遵守上市规则第十四A章的申报及公示要求，但不需要独立股东的批准。
管理层认为该协议条款符合一般商业条款，且对公司的股东整体利益有利。供货协议的付款条款包括预付款20%、交货时支付40%、现场收货后支付20%、安装调试完成后支付10%及保修期结束后支付10%。
