金吾财讯 | 据港交所6月9日披露，广州银诺医药集团股份有限公司向港交所主板提交上市申请，中信证券、中金公司为联席保荐人。
公司的核心业务模式为发现、开发及商业化糖尿病及其他代谢性疾病的创新疗法。
自2014年成立以来，公司已建立了针对糖尿病和其他代谢性疾病的候选药物管线。公司的管线目前包括正在研发用于治疗肥胖和超重及代谢功能障碍相关性脂肪性肝炎(MASH)的核心产品依苏帕格鲁肽α，以及五款处于临床前阶段的候选药物。公司于2025年1月在中国成功获得用于治疗2型糖尿病(T2D)的依苏帕格鲁肽α的监管批准。
财务方面，于2022年、2024年截至12月31日止年度，公司研发开支约为4.92亿元(人民币，下同)、1.03亿元。主要由于(i)雇员福利开支减少3.2亿元，而该减少主要是由于公司于2023年确认了彼等各自归属期内与授予研发人员的受限制股份相关的以股份为基础的显着更高的付款金额；对应同期，年内亏损分别为7.33亿元、1.75亿元。
