Adisyn (ASX:AI1) confirmed the delivery of an atomic layer deposition (ALD) system to its subsidiary, 2D Generation, as part of plans to commercialize its low-temperature ALD graphene technology, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company paid Beneq, the manufacturer, AU$600,000 upon delivery, with AU$150,000 payable upon commissioning of the system, the filing said.
The system will undergo installation and commissioning, including calibration, test cycles, and integration into the upgraded infrastructure, per the filing.
Shares rose 7% in midday trade on Tuesday.
