2025年6月10日，河北合佳医药科技集团股份有限公司公告回购进展。公司于2024年11 月8日召开第三届董事会第六次会议、2024 年 11 月 27 日召开2024 年第一次临时股东大会，审议通过回购股份方案，拟以自有或自筹资金回购不少于 3,000,000 股，不超过6,000,000 股，用于股权激励等，回购价格不超 6.28元/股，实施期限不超 12个月。截至 2025 年 5 月 31 日，已回购 567,100 股，占公司总股本的 0.3237%，占拟回购数量上限的 9.4517% ，最高成交价为 4.056 元/股，最低成交价为 3.12 元/股，已支付总金额 1,577,221 元，占拟回购总额上限的 4.3308%。目前，除相关因素导致的调整外，回购实施与方案无差异 。
