【EDA工具近期悄然恢复向部分中国企业开放】6月10日消息，北京时间2025年6月5日晚，中美两国高层举行直接通话后，中国半导体和电子设计自动化(EDA)战略出现了微妙的变化。据多位中国本土IC设计工程师和公司反馈，此前因美国出口管制而无法访问的新思科技(Synopsys)技术支持平台“Solv Net Plus”和Cadence的“支持门户”现已恢复访问。然而，Synopsys和Cadence均未正式披露这一变化。目前尚不清楚此次恢复是否仅适用于特定的、敏感度较低的中国客户，并由此引发了人们对美国可能放松对华技术限制的质疑。
