6月10日消息，东方金诚国际信用评估有限公司根据跟踪评级安排对深圳市怡亚通供应链股份有限公司及“22怡亚01”、“23怡亚01”、“23怡亚02”、“23怡亚03”、“24怡亚01”、“24怡亚通MTN001”的信用状况进行了跟踪评级，经信用评级委员会评定，此次跟踪评级维持深圳市怡亚通供应链股份有限公司主体信用等级为AA，评级展望为稳定，同时维持上述债项信用等级为AAA。
资料显示，深圳市怡亚通供应链股份有限公司主要从事分销+营销、品牌运营，以及跨境和物流服务业务，控股股东为深圳市投资控股有限公司，实际控制人为深圳市国有资产监督管理委员会。
东方金诚认为，公司是国内重要的消费品供应链企业，具备消费品纵深一体化服务能力，跟踪期内向AI算力及新能源领域扩展，分销+营销业务经营范围覆盖全国320个城市，客户涉及宝洁、飞利浦、三星等知名企业，具有一定竞争优势。同时，东方金诚也关注到，公司跨境和物流服务业务开展涉及较多外币结算，面临一定的汇兑损失风险，2024年，受整体消费降级，以及减少工业原材料供应等因素影响，公司盈利能力有所下降；跟踪期内，公司应收账款、其他应收款、预付款项规模仍较大，受限资产比例较高，资产流动性较差；关联交易规模仍较大，对关联方担保余额10亿左右，存在或有负债风险；债务规模仍很大，以短期债务为主。
