近日，北京市进一步完善医药集中带量采购执行机制，强化对非中选高价药品的监管，要求医疗机构优先使用集采中选产品，并建立常态化监测机制保障药品和耗材供应。医药集采平台将对同品种中选药品按价格差异进行“标黄”“标红”分级警示。标色仅反映同品种中选药品价格差异程度，与质量无关。“标红”比“标黄”产品有着更严格的临床使用限制。医疗机构需严格监控警示品种使用情况；定期通报不合理大量使用疗效相同的高价非中选药品的科室和医生，依规处理无正当理由开具此类药品的医生。
