2025年5月28日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，吉林省高速公路集团有限公司2025年度第一期中期票据获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际认为吉林省高速公路集团有限公司（以下简称“吉高集团”或“公司”）在推进吉林省高速公路建设及高速公路运营中发挥重要作用，与股东及吉林省政府关联性很高。此外，中诚信国际认为吉高集团区域地位重要、路产垄断优势明显，具有较强竞争力，通行费收入较高，再融资能力良好；同时，中诚信国际关注到公司债务规模相对较高，远期面临较大偿债压力，期间费用水平较高，对利润侵蚀严重等对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
资料显示，吉高集团于1993年经吉林省交通运输厅批准注册成立，历经数次增资及股权变更，截至2025年3月末，公司注册资本和实收资本均为27.00亿元。2023年3月末，公司股权上划至吉林省人民政府国有资产监督管理委员会（以下简称“吉林省国资委”），其变更为公司唯一股东及实际控制人。公司以高速公路等交通基础设施的投资、建设及运营为主业，是吉林省最重要的国有交通基础设施建设投资及运营主体。
