消息面上，浙江省商务厅等17部门印发《关于支持游戏出海的若干措施》。其中提到，加大游戏出海资金扶持力度。充分发挥中央外经贸专项资金等中央及省级专项资金撬动作用，支持游戏出海。此外，近日，联合国在纽约总部召开“为最不发达国家（LDCs）建立STEM教育在线大学或等效平台”高级别专家组会议。网龙董事长刘德建博士应联合国副秘书长兼高级代表Rabab Fatima邀请出席会议，并创新性地通过AI数字人发表主旨演讲，提出依托“AI+教育”模式，推动“按需学习”新理念发展，助力实现全球教育公平与质量提升。
